$LASTCHECK$ macro in service check, v1.1.

I was just noticing that the docs for Nagios 1.1 indicate that
$LASTCHECK$ is not available as a macro in service check
commands, but my tests show that it is. It looks like several
other macros are available even though they are marked as
unavailable.
