Patch for schedule downtime reports in avail.cgi.

    Attached is a patch for nagios-2.0 final that fixes the problem in 
avail.cgi that does't show the schedule downtimes in the reports.
    All changes are done in the function compute_subject_downtime_times 
in cgi/avail.c code.
    Any feedbacks on the patch are aprechiated. It is working for me so far.
    The fixed function can also be appllied to earlier versions, I have 
also tested in 1.x nagios version and it has worked fine and so in the 
2.0 beta versions.
