CURRENT_OBJECT_STRUCTURE_VERSION: 304 in nagios-3.0b1, 303 in ndoutils-1.4b4

There were a few changes that would have caused the ndoutils 1.4b4 to 
segfault Nagios, so I increased the rev number.  I'm reworking a bunch 
of the structures in the next day or two and will be releaseing 3.0b2 
and an updated NDOUtils release soon.
