Btw, index.html.in & produced index.html (which I patched against) appear to be identical, so patch should apply fine to index.html.in

Hi Martin,
thanks for your work but it would be easier to get unified diffs against
index.html.in and side.html.in from the source directory.
These two files include some changes made by configure and would be
better applyable for going upstream.
