Patch to display parent hosts in extinfo.cgi

Hi all,

here's a small patch to display parent hosts in extinfo.cgi.
I think it's pretty useful because I couldn't find a possibility to
display a hosts parents (beside the statusmap).

Maybe someone likes it...
