Thanks for pushing this upstream - there are many different bug reports
sourcing from that over the past year - ndo, livestatus, checkmk, omd,
nagios core itsself.
this could be resolved pushing that into a new release (or just
cherry-picking those into a bugfix release branch onto 3.2.4 while
keeping the master up for 3.3.x).
although there are still some bugs open / patches to be applied. time to
have look into the following pending from my side?
[PATCH] core: fix race condition on flexible downtime commands when
duration not set or zero
[PATCH] sanitize compiler warnings on size_t in common/macros.c
[PATCH] move thread safe macro function prototypes with suffix _r and
restore old compatible prototypes again
Furthermore, there's still this one to be diff'ed against nagios -
"core: fix flexible downtime on service hard state change doesn't get
triggered/activated #1128"
https://git.icinga.org/?p=icinga-core.git;a=commit;h=7506386837a1ac856419262ab3aeab916c07b9db
and probably one against the recent perfdata macro safety on which i
will be working after some days off.
Kind regards,
Michael
