Perl Module to Parse status.dat

Having worked with status.dat in the past all I can say is. Don't. Install
mklivestatus ( http://mathias-kettner.de/checkmk_livestatus.html ) with the
CPAN module http://search.cpan.org/~nierlein/Monitoring-Livestatus-0.74/ .
