Importing devices from CSV format

1. It should be a relatively trivial perl script to take a CSV file and
kick out a hosts.cfg file (excluding templates).
2. If you're already using /etc/hosts or DNS, all you'll really need to
worry about is the hostname (not the IP address). Assuming your hostname
resolution is reasonably rock solid. (Refer to a recent e-mail of mine from
last week.)
