simple http syntax quesion

I can easily run

./check_http 192.168.1.1 port 443 (I want to check http ssl page)

But, how do I translate this to use it in my services.cfg file.

check_http (-H <vhost> | -I <IP-address>) [-u <uri>] [-p <port>]
            [-w <warn time>] [-c <critical time>] [-t <timeout>] [-L]
            [-a auth] [-f <ok | warn | critcal | follow>] [-e <expect>]
