Ping problems

I seemed to have got the ping problem to go away from the CLI.  I can now ping just fine using the ping command.  [I took out the --with-ping when I was configuring the plugins, just an FYI].

My problem now seems to be the fact that the web interface is still reporting it as "(Return code of 127 is out of bounds - plugin may be missing) "

[nagios at nagios libexec]$ ./check_ping -H 10.0.50.1 -w 2000.0,60% -c 5000.0,100% -p 5
PING OK - Packet loss = 0%, RTA = 1.58 ms

I'm able to get the results as the nagios user.  here are the permissions on the file

-rwxr-xr-x    1 nagios   nagios      82317 Nov 19 13:07 check_ping

Anyone have any ideas why the web interface wouldn't be reporting the correct results?  Thanks!
