Total Number of Hosts

There is a limit on the number of hosts you can have in a hostgroup
effectively. I believe that the MAX_HOSTS_INPUT_BUFFER size is defaulted
to 8192 bytes. I've had to increase that substantially in xoddefault.c
to accommodate hostgroups with several hundreds of hosts.
