PING OK - WARNING: failed to install socket filter

PING OK - WARNING: failed to install socket filter 

I am getting this in most of my servers ping check .. others are repotign right (like: PING OK - Packet loss = 0%, RTA = 0.28 ms )

anybody ever saw this ?
