No commands.cfg

hi,

i am running the pre-flight check.  got this error, 

Error: cannot open config file
'/usr/local/nagios/etc/commands.cfg' for reading!

i've checked my cfg files and there is no
commands.cfg. 

need again your help.    pls...  thanks.
