Upgrading to new version of NAgios

[Sosa, Nelson]

Hi, 
I'm running Nagios 1.0b4 and I would like to upgrade to the new version b6.
Could somebody point me out to documentation on how to do this? I looked up
in the Documentation in the nagios webpage and I couldn't find it.
I apologize if this is a dumb question
