your command_line should be
 
        command_line    $USER1$/check_disk -H $HOSTADDRESS$ -p 1248 -v
USEDDISKSPACE -l c $ARG1$ -w $ARG2$ -c $ARG3$

 
don't do the substitution manually, it is automatic

Checkcommand.cfg file
