Configuring the External Command Interface

Hi Andrew,

the CGI runs with the user:group of the webserver and this user/group needs
write access to the command file. You can ./configure your Nagios with
--with-command-grp=nagioscmd, create this group and add the webserver user
and user nagios to this group. Then do a make install-commandmode.
