Nagios alert that submits a Remedy/ARC Ticket?

We have set up automatic ticket genration through Request Tracker when
an alarm is acknowledged in Nagios.  I know 2 years ago Remedy supported
automated ticket generation via email so I am sure you can get this
working...

I'm not sure of the detail but I know Remedy can accept tickets via
email.
