Thanks.
I know that options, but those are usefull only for permissions to manage
ALL users systems.
I need to reduce the capabilities on hosts/services of the owers themselves.

in cgi.cfg (in the etc directory) you can find a lot of directives:
authorized_for_system_information=
authorized_for_configuration_information=
authorized_for_system_commands=
authorized_for_all_hosts=
authorized_for_all_services=
authorized_for_all_service_commands=
authorized_for_all_host_commands=
I think that using them, you should be able to obtain what you want.
