CGI Authoristaion problem (and yes I have read the FAQ)

You don't explicitly say it but do you get prompted for your username
and password? When you see the error page, in the top left hand box,
what does nagios show for 'logged in as'? For future reference, what OS,
apache and nagios versions are you using?
