cpu and memory status

Hi All

How do i see the status of CPU and memory on all
machines using nagios..

I would like to see the fwolloing for CPU

1)CPU on the host which are up somthing like psrinfo
2)CPU idle or being used soemthin like vmstat

3)Amount of memory available
4)Amount of memory being used
