nagios dead but subsys locked

hi all,

this message i got every time, i try to start nagios.
I use nagios 1.0b5, running on redhat 7.3 on i386.

I can't get nagios to work! agin...

112 days uptime everything goes right, but now i get this error  message

Any help is welcome!
