I have access to a different version of ColdFusion, its perfmon counter is called simply
ColdFusion Server. However I did notice that it had a single instance (cfserver). I was
able to get results with the Custom Counter using the "\\ColdFusion Server(cfserver\\Avg
DB Time (msec)" format.
