check_ping - time outs

Hello,

I increased the number of packets that is sent to a
host from 1 to 15 and am now getting this error:

CRITICAL - Plugin timed out after 30 seconds 


Here are my commands:

define command{
        command_name    check-host-alive
        command_line    $USER1$/check_ping -H
$HOSTADDRESS$ -w 3000.0,80%% -c 5000.0,100%% -p 15 -t
30
        }

define command{
        command_name    check-router-alive
        command_line    $USER1$/check_ping -H
$HOSTADDRESS$ -w 100,20%% -c 200.0,40%% -p 15 -t 30
        }


What could be causing this?  I want a more accurate
average, this is why I increased the # of packets.  I
first thought it was the timeout setting, so I raised
that to 30 but that didnt help.
