Alert From email address.

I can't seem to find this answer to this in the docs, but if it's in there,
point me to it.

On the Nagios alert emails that I receive, I need to change the From:
address. Currently it's being sent as nagios@[localhost].geo-synthetics.com,
where I need the From: address to simply be nagios at geo-synthetics.com -
where / how can I change that?

(Reason being that one of the destination SMS gateways doesn't take mail
from invalid domains and I don't want to expose the name of the internal
host...)
