I'm working on our first installation and just encountered and fixed the
problem. You can only see system information if you're the support
person. Farther down in cgi.cfg (after the use_authentication section)
are 4 or 5 entries that let all identified users view specific
information.

As a test, what happens when you telnet to port 443 on the system? Does
it respond as if there's a web server?
