I have uploaded RPMs for RedHat 9 at:

  http://www.debisschop.net/src/redhat/9/

Since the RPM includes no patches against the CVS and the tarball, there
is no SRPM (you can just do rpmbuild -ta nagios-1.1.tar.gz)
