FW: using check_log with check_nrpe

Hi, 
 
Im attempting  to configure check_log  plugin with check_nrpe. I can
successfully run check_log on the remote machine via command line, but I
receive a CRC32 error when attempting to remotely have my Nagios server
query the client box via check_nrpe.I have successfully used check_nrpe
with other services such as disk space,users, system load etc.Can
someone help out?
