Problems with make install on HP-UX

Hello,

i have compiled the nagios sources on a HP-UX 11.00 box.

When running a "make install" the following error occured:

        cd ./base && make install
        /opt/imake/bin/install -c -m 775 -o nagios -g nagios -d
/usr/local/nagios/bin

cp: illegal option -- d

chmod: can't access /usr/local/nagios/bin
        /usr/bin/strip /usr/local/nagios/bin/nagios
strip:  /usr/local/nagios/bin/nagios:  cannot open

any idea? I haven't found the --d option in any Makefile.
