NagMin Problem

I went to Nagmin to add a service dependency and the
execution_failure_criteria and notification_failure_criteria have the
selections of:

Up
Down
Unreachable
Critical
None

According to the Nagios documentation, they should be:

Ok
Warning
Unknown
Critical
None

Any idea how to fix this?
