Dummy hosts?

I would like some dumy-hosts in my status map, is this possible?

I would like to show that "this device is on the other side of these two
fibre-converters", but since they do not have a host name or address, I
wonder how I would define them?

I've looked in the FM, FAQ and archives.. but can't seem to find
anything useful?
