I'm trying to run the check_snmp (also tried uptime_by_snmp) on a few of my
cisco routers and I can't seem to get it working completely. I've tried the
following:
./check_snmp -H 10.0.0.1 -o .1.3.6.1.2.1.1.3.0 -C comstring -w
11111111111111111 -c 11111111111111111111
and I get the following return:
SNMP WARNING - 578561577
Change the warning and critical values:
./check_snmp -H 172.16.128.248 -o .1.3.6.1.2.1.1.3.0 -w 5 -c 10 -C d0n0thAcK
and get the following:
SNMP CRITICAL - *578678849*
I'm wanting to know if a router reboots to go into a warning state. Once
it's been up for 30 min, clear out to an "Ok" status. The uptime_by_snmp
returns the same values since it's using the check_snmp plugin.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Dylan
