You dont absolutely have to have version 1.3.99, but at least when you do the
# ./check_snmp -h
command, you must have the ability to have the MAX:MIN variables when checking the warning state (-w 3000:1).
For the latest version, check out the latest snapshot
http://nagiosplug.sourceforge.net/snapshot/
I think you have to download the HEAD one... but can't remember.
