GD libraries

I believe the problem is that the jpeg or GD library isn't in your 
LD_LIBRARY_PATH. I believe there is a variable you can set in your apache 
config that will pass this to your CGI's; you'll need to find out where GD 
and libjpeg are installed and add it.
