It doesn't really matter where it's at physically on the machine as long
as you tell your web server how to get to it. As far as compilation, it
should be relative to how you'll get to it via URL. The CGI's use it to
create the necessary backreferences and links to other pages in Nagios.
General practice is to have everything under /user/local/nagios on the
file system.

http://www.example.foo/nagios htmurl=/nagios
http://www.example.foo/webpages/nagios htmurl=/webpages/nagios
