OK I think two things are happening here:
1. nagios isn't accepting my statusmap_image definition since it's still using the unkown.gd2 image...
2. my gd2 format has something wrong since I tried renaming one of my gd2 images to unkown.gd2 and all I get is a white rectangle instead of my image.
I tried (from ml archive search) pngtogd2 img.gif img.gd2 1 1 AND pngtogd2 img.gif img.gd2 0 1 AND pngtogd2 img.gif img.gd2 128 1, but nothing seems to work... permissions and ownerships are correct...
thanks to all,
Jeremy
