Check_disk_smb returning -H error

All,

I've setup my check_disk_smb check command in checkcommands.cfg as follows:

define command{
        command_name    check_disk_smb
        command_line    $USER1$/check_disk_smb -H $HOSTADDRESS$ -s $ARG1$ -u
administrator -p snip
        }


The checks run, but return this error:

current Status:	
  UNKNOWN    
Status Information:	Invalid warning threshold: -H

Can anyone give me any pointers?
