Logs in MS SQL

Considering that Nagios only runs on Posix-compliant operating systems, 
and MS SQL only runs on MS OS'es (which is about as far from 
posix-compliant as you can get), I very much doubt so. A simpler 
solution would be to make it log to a local MySQL database and have logs

transferred every hour or so.

If you're really desperate for the functionality, I suggest you look 
into the freetds code and read up on the Tabular Data Stream (or 
something) protocol, and write an eventbroker for Nagios.
