Upgrading from nagios 1.0 to 1.2

Well, you'll need to add at ./configure line before make all but that's
all you should really need to do ;). I would suggest that you run
/usr/local/nagios/bin/nagios -v /usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg just to
be sure but there haven't been any major configuration directive changes
that aren't backward compatible that I am aware of.
