Host Shows As Down But Services Are Showing As OK

This sort of thing can happen if any service has ever failed, and the 
host check_command doesn't return OK (usually if the server doesn't 
respond to ICMP PING requests). I suggest you set your check_command in 
the host-object definition to something else (to check some port for tcp 
connectivity for instance).
