false host down alerts

Set in the check_ping the timeout to 20 seconds.

command_line	$USER1$/check_ping -H $HOSTADDRESS$ -w 3000.0,80% -c
5000.0,100% -p 1 -t 20

your check run in the timeout. Why...!?
