Nagios - Time Period Question

None the less i tried, and added both lines to the monitor,
check_period ndafeed_release_monitor
notification_period ndafeed_release_monitor
reloaded and it popped back up early again, as i showed before this
should not be executed until 10:15am per the time period.
CRITICAL 03-01-2004 10:14:12
Any other ideas?
