I was an idiot... If you notice in the checkcommand I made a mistake by
calling it $HOSTNAME$ rather than $HOSTADDRESS$... Just a dumb oversight
on my part....
I did as you suggested by the way, running it manually and thats how I
went, "O crap..."...

Because it's not a nagios issue. Processor utilization uses
'check_load'.
The other options use different commands, right? So apparently
check_load
is trying to connect to the server in a different way. Use a sniffer
to
figure out what the difference is, or read the docs.
You can also just run these by hand until you get check_load to work
properly and then add it back into the configuration.
