No nsclient auto start on NT Terminal Services

Hello,

 I can't get the Nsclient (10.71) to start automatically on NT 4 (SP 6)
Terminal Server. It works fine on all my XP and 2000 boxes, but for some
reason not on this machine. Anyone have ideas?
