Check_oracle db and tns

I have this in my check oracle (well, with my tns name there instead of
that). I'm only checking one oracle service so I just have it hard coded.

What I had to do is make sure that my oracle environment was setup before
nagios ran. I have
export ORAENV_ASK=NO
export ORACLE_SID=oracle
. /usr/local/bin/oraenv
in my nagios startup script, so it is all good to go.
