I have a service 'Information srore' on a host. If i look in the
archive-files between the 10'th and 19'th of may I find these entries
(Human-readable time in the beginning of the lines is calculated from
the timestamp):
Tue May 11 05:13:12 2004: [1084245192] SERVICE ALERT:
sai-adc-001;Information store;CRITICAL;HARD;1;Socket timeout
Tue May 11 05:18:21 2004: [1084245501] SERVICE ALERT:
sai-adc-001;Information store;OK;HARD;1; MSExchangeIS: Started

Mon May 17 09:12:45 2004: [1084777965] SERVICE ALERT:
sai-adc-001;Information store;CRITICAL;HARD;1;Socket timeout
Mon May 17 09:23:30 2004: [1084778610] SERVICE ALERT:
sai-adc-001;Information store;OK;HARD;1; MSExchangeIS: Started
Mon May 17 12:32:43 2004: [1084789963] SERVICE ALERT:

Mon May 17 12:34:54 2004: [1084790094] SERVICE ALERT:
sai-adc-001;Information store;OK;SOFT;2; MSExchangeIS: Started
As you can see, the service went OK Thu May 13 04:22:09. But if I
generate an trend-graph it looks like the attached file - Its critical
from Thu May 13 04:08:55 to Mon May 17 09:12:45. How does this make sense???
