Acknowledging alerts with SMS.

Hi Everyone,

I would like to be able to acknowledge nagios alerts with SMS, I can 
receive alerts fine and already have an easy way to get an SMS to do
arbitrary things but would like to know how best to go about integrating
with Nagios.  Any ideas you have would be much appreciated.
