There's probably some error in the RPM package file. You can override it
with these commands
rpm -Uvh nagios-plugins-nrpe-2.0-3.rh73.dag.i386.rpm --nodeps
rpm -Uvh nagios-nrpe-2.0-3.blahblah.rpm --nodeps
