With ssi it's quite simple to do,
Add something like
<div style="position: relative; left: 80%; top:110">
<table BORDER=1 CELLPADDING=0 CELLSPACING=0 CLASS='linkBox'>
<tr><td CLASS='linkBox'>
<div CLASS='infoBoxTitle'>Utility</div>
</td></tr>
<tr><td CLASS='linkBox'>
<a href='doc.cgi?action=go'> Documentation </a>
</td></tr>
</table>
</div>
in a file extinfo-header.ssi and use a doc.cgi like attached
(it take referer url to point to a good wiki
http://.../cgi-bin/status.cgi?host=www1&service=http
-> http://.../phpwiki/www1#http
