Notify Recovery

Where did you find a reference to a configuration parameter with
that name?  If you want notifications sent out when a service
recovers, use the notification_options setting.  Typically, this
is set to:

  notification_options       w,u,c,r

The "w" is for warning states, "u" for unknown, "c" for critical,
and "r" for recovery.
