Hi!
Only PIX 515 an higher models support Failover.
You can monitor not just system and interface group of MIB II.
From FOS 6.2 you cac query CPU utilization.
And you can monitor Memory and Connection statistics, failover and blocks.
.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.147.1.2.1.1.1.3.6 = cfwHardwareStatusValue. <http://tools.cisco.com/Support/SNMP/do/BrowseOID.do?local=en&translate=Translate&objectInput=cfwHardwareStatusValue>6, But it is for primary unit. I think you should have to qery cfwHardwareStatusValue. <http://tools.cisco.com/Support/SNMP/do/BrowseOID.do?local=en&translate=Translate&objectInput=cfwHardwareStatusValue>7 as well. This is for standby unit. So you know whenever a standby becoms active.
Please see

for deatils. It is for FOS 6.3 series.
If you have CCO account, please see SNMP Object Navigator (Technical
Support->Tools and Resources). If don't tell you Cisco partner to give
you one. He/she can do it via PICA program.
Bye Tamas!
